Ahn Chang Seong
Rev. Ahn Chang-seong of the 36 couples (Blessed with Choi Ye-chong), whose 40- day workshops were held in the early days in Korea and worldwide since the beginning of the 1990s, ascended in 2006 July 21.
Rev. Ahn joined in November 1954 when he was a schoolteacher. He devoted his entire life to church ministry, in particular to teaching the Principle and to missionary work. In the late 1980s, Father assigned him to teach special 40-day workshops to members in the West, which he taught in English. In 1996, he became the National Messiah to Ecuador in South America.

Dr. Michael Balcomb, Regional Chair, FFWPU Europe and the Middle East, United Kingdom. Dr. Michael Balcomb currently serves as the Regional Chair of the Family Federation for World Peace for the combined 72 nations of Europe, the Middle East and Eurasia. Previously he served as the President of the Family Federation USA from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Abeokuta, Nigeria in 1957, educated in England and the United States, and joined the Unification Movement in California in 1976. He and his wife Fumiko have five children — two girls and three boys —aged from 30 to 20, all still living in the US.

Dr. David Burton (UTS Class of 1990) is professor of chemistry at the University of Bridgeport. He holds a Ph.D. in nuclear magnetic resonance from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England. He and his wife, Kathleen, both graduated in 1990 with an M.Div. from Unification Theological Seminary, and subsequently were campus ministers at Yale University for eight years.
